Alongside my private practice, I’m a Lead Tutor teaching holistic massage at the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork (BCMB).
I was drawn to learn massage whilst working as a Activities Coordinator in a high-dependency care home, witnessing the power of touch to support wellbeing, pain reduction and human connection.
I qualified in Holistic Massage (Level 4 Diploma) with BCMB in 2016, and went on to establish a private practice in Worcestershire. After joining the Worcester Holistic Massage Diploma teaching team, based at The Fold Natural Therapy Centre in Bransford, I later moved back to Bristol, and my childhood roots, to join the tutor team at BCMB here.
I feel passionate about providing high quality, professional massage and I love the rich fusion of biology, bodywork, communication, creativity and intuition that great massage combines, along with its potential for self-discovery and healing.
I bring a decade of bodywork experience to the table along with compassion and integrity, honed over twenty years supporting adults in health and social care settings and teaching. In my spare time I’m a regular attendee at the Bristol Buddhist Centre and adore walking my secondhand staffy.
